ABOUT THOSE KEITH BROTHERS

We have always believed in being fair and doing the right thing. NOW MORE THAN EVER the world is in need of GOODNESS and KINDNESS. We, Those Keith Brothers, intend to invest our time in projects we will be proud to put our name on for future generations. Bringing these stories to the screen takes many, many individuals. We could not be in the position we are right now without the people and businesses that have helped us in the past. They have stuck by us and we will stick by them as we progress in the future.

Our statement is relatively simple. We will develop and release thought provoking films of integrity that WILL AFFECT people IN A POSITIVE WAY. Our intention is that our material will change the way people think, and thus has the potential to change the world.

GENESIS OF “THOSE KEITH BROTHERS”…

Chris and Clete made their first film, CLASSICAL GAS, in 1972 for $7. In order to make longer films, they would need more money. So, they held carnivals for the neighborhood kids in their back yard, handing out their used toys as prizes. Knowing some of the kids in the neighborhood wanted to be in their upcoming movie, Chris, a born producer, got the idea to charge them $20 each to insure their part in the film. Between the carnivals and the "actors" paying their fees, the neighborhood parents began to question Chris and Clete's motives, and the words, "it's those Keith brothers again" were heard spoken many times. From 1972 through 1978, many of those in the neighborhood were "hired" by "those Keith brothers," thus enabling them to film 10 shorts and 3 full length "features" in Super 8 (the first of which was shown on a sheet in their back yard.)
